Return Policy

Our money-back guarantee gives you 60 days to decide whether your bed, mattress, bed upgrade, or storage unit is everything you hoped for. If for some reason it’s not working out, you can return it for a full refund. Here’s how that works:

  • Email us within 60 days of placing your order. We will then help schedule a FedEx pickup of your boxes
  • You’ll need to securely pack the product in the original packaging. Please retain all boxes until you are certain that your Lori Bed, YouLift Bed, Bed Upgrade, or Lori Storage unit is right for you. (Note: Mattresses cannot be re-packed once opened. For mattress returns, Lori Beds will arrange a pickup service.)
  • The item will need to be in the same condition in which you received it. We cannot accept products that have been modified, altered, or damaged after delivery. Please make sure the product is right for you before making any changes to it.
  • We will refund you the full purchase price of your product less the cost of the return shipping labels, which is $125 per box the product is packed in. (The Lori Bed has 4–5 boxes, and The YouLift Bed has 2 boxes.)

And remember, if you have any issues whatsoever with your product, even if you’re not sure you want to return it, please get in touch with us personally. We want you and every other Lori Beds customer to have the best possible experience.

Mattresses (The Lori Mattress, The YouLift Mattress, and The Green Mattress). Since it takes time for your body to adjust to the comfort and support of a new mattress, we ask you to sleep on your new mattress for at least 30 days before initiating a return to give your body a chance to acclimate. All mattress returns will be subject to a $125 return fee.

Lifetime Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products. That’s why every Lori Bed, YouLift Bed, Bed Upgrade, and Lori Storage unit comes with a Lifetime Warranty. If any part of your product fails due to a manufacturing defect or material issue under normal use, we’ll replace the affected component at no cost to you, including free shipping.

The Lori Mattress, YouLift Mattress, and Green Mattress are each covered by a 10-Year Warranty

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and material failures under normal use. It does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, or modifications to the product.
