Free Shipping

We offer 100% free shipping in the contiguous United States (up to $500 value). Most orders ship within 2 business days and arrive via FedEx in 3 to 7 business days.

Your order will arrive flat-packed or boxed for safe delivery:

YouLift Bed: 2 boxes (70 to 100 lbs each)
Lori Bed: 4 to 5 boxes (70 to 120 lbs each, includes an extra box if you add a shelf or desk)
Lori Bed Shelf & Desk Upgrades: 1 box (50 to 100 lbs)
Mattresses: Compressed and boxed (25 to 80 lbs, depending on the model)

Delivery locations vary by building type. Packages are typically left at your front door, porch, or buildings designated delivery area. We recommend having a partner help move any heavy boxes.

Once your order ships, you can use FedEx Delivery Manager® to customize your delivery. You can add drop-off instructions, request a hold at a nearby FedEx location, or schedule a vacation hold.

Currently, we only ship to the contiguous United States. We do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses.

Order Changes/Cancellations

To change or cancel your order, email us at info@loribeds.com during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM ET). We’ll do our best to make changes before the order ships.

Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse delivery or request a return, return shipping costs will apply in accordance with our policy (typically $125 per box for beds or mattresses).
