Shipping is 100% free in the continental United States ($200 value) with a typical delivery time of 3-7 days.
Orders are shipped via Fedex, and the Murphy bed will arrive as two flat-packed boxes ranging from 70-100 lbs each. Please lift with a partner as needed.
International customers are individually responsible for all VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, and customs clearance charges required by their country for importing the Lori Bed. These costs are not included in any purchase made on loriwallbeds.com and must be covered by the buyer
Order Changes/Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, email us immediately at info@loriwallbeds.com with information on the change. Once an order has shipped, it can’t be cancelled and our normal return policy applies. Our return policy also applies if you refuse delivery, since FedEx will bring the boxes back to us and charge us the return shipping cost.
