We offer 100% free shipping in the contiguous United States (up to $500 value).

At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

Shipping Time & Fulfillment

We work hard to keep our products in stock and ready to ship.

  • Most orders ship within 1–2 business days from our warehouse
  • Typical delivery occurs 3–7 business days after shipment
  • Expedited shipping is not currently available

Tracking information is sent as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Methods

FedEx Ground (Most Orders)

Most Lori orders ship via FedEx Ground and are delivered in multiple flat-packed boxes.

  • Delivered to a standard residential drop-off area
  • No signature required in most cases
  • Boxes may arrive on different days depending on carrier routing

Freight Delivery (Large Orders)

Very large, multi-item orders may ship via freight delivery (LTL). This helps ensure all items arrive together and reduces handling and damage risk.

If your order ships via freight:

  • This will be clearly shown at checkout
  • Delivery is appointment-based
  • Curbside delivery to the first dry, accessible area
  • Liftgate service is included
  • Our team will follow up with scheduling details
  • Freight orders still ship promptly and do not sit waiting for extended periods.

Packaging & Box Weights

All Lori products ship flat-packed and boxed for safe, compact transport.
Individual boxes can be heavy, from 50 - 100 lbs, and we recommend having a partner available to help move them. Mattresses arrive compressed and boxed and weight 25 - 80 lbs depending on the model.

Delivery Location

Delivery locations vary by building type. Packages are typically left at:

  • Your front door or porch
  • A building’s designated delivery area

For freight deliveries, curbside delivery applies unless otherwise arranged directly with the carrier.

Special Delivery Requests

Once your order ships and tracking information is provided:

  • FedEx deliveries can be managed directly with the carrier
  • Freight deliveries will be scheduled through the freight carrier

Any special requests (holds, rescheduling, alternate drop-off instructions) should be coordinated directly with the carrier after shipment.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@loribeds.com or visit the chat widget on our site.

We’ll do our best to accommodate changes before your order ships.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable
  • Refused deliveries or returned shipments may incur return shipping fees in accordance with our return policy
