1. Eligibility

The Lori Beds Review Incentive Program is open only to individuals who have purchased a Lori Bed directly from the official Lori Beds website and are legal residents of the United States, aged 18 years or older.

Employees of Lori Beds, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotional agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Each product ordered is eligible for a single submission under this Program. Multiple submissions for the same product will be disqualified.
2. Program Tiers and Incentives
Participants may qualify for a refund incentive based on the following tier structure:

Tier 1: Submit a video review of the Lori Bed.

Incentive: $100 refund.

Requirements: The video must be a minimum of 30 seconds, clearly depict the Lori Bed in use, and include an honest verbal review. The video must be well-lit and of sufficient quality to be used for marketing purposes.

Tier 2: Submit two photos featuring the Lori Bed along with family members, friends, or pets.

Incentive: $50 refund.

Requirements: Photos must be high-resolution, well-lit, and clearly show the Lori Bed. Each photo should present different angles or contexts.

Tier 3: Submit one photo featuring the Lori Bed.

Incentive: $25 refund.

3. Submission Guidelines

All submissions must be original works owned by the participant. By submitting content, you represent and warrant that you hold all necessary rights to the material provided.

Participants must submit their video or photo reviews exclusively through the designated review page at https://www.loribeds.com/pages/reviews.The submission form must include accurate order information and valid contact details for verification purposes. Lori Beds reserves the right to disqualify any submission that is incomplete, inaccurate, or unverifiable.

By submitting content, participants grant Lori Beds a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display the content for promotional and marketing purposes across all platforms, without additional compensation or notice.

Lori Beds retains the right to edit or adapt submitted content for clarity, formatting, or other promotional needs, provided that such modifications do not misrepresent the participant's review.
4. Review Approval and Refund Process

Reviews will be reviewed for quality and compliance within 3 business days.

Approved participants will receive refunds via their original payment method within 3 business days of approval.

Lori Beds reserves the right to reject submissions that do not meet the guidelines.
5. Content Rights and Privacy

By submitting photos or videos, you grant Lori Beds a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, and display your content across all marketing channels, including but not limited to social media, email campaigns, and the official website.

This license is perpetual and irrevocable but does not affect your ownership rights.

Lori Beds may edit or adapt your content for clarity, formatting, or promotional purposes while maintaining the integrity of your review.

Your personal information will be used solely for verification and refund processing and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

If you wish to request the removal of your content from Lori Beds' marketing materials in the future, please contact info@loribeds.com.
6. Modification and Termination

Lori Beds reserves the right to modify or terminate this program at any time without prior notice.

Changes will not affect rewards for submissions approved before the change date.
